From Bryan and Lana:
Hello All!  For years now, we have been active participants in Safe Families and have had the privilege of sharing the love of Christ with children in our community. During that journey, we felt God calling us to pursue adoption. In June we started the domestic adoption process and are in the process of completing legal paperwork and arranging a homestudy.   We have all been adopted into God's family and we believe he wants us to show that same love to others. One scripture passage that has been an encouragement to us comes from John 1:12: "Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God."  Would you consider joining us on this journey? We would be incredibly grateful for your prayers, encouragement, and support. Some of our current prayer requests are:

1. That God would work out all of the details in his perfect timing 
2. That our faith would grow throughout this process

BCC's Open Hearts, Open Homes ministry exists to glorify God as we equip the local church to care for orphans, foster children, and at-risk children and support the families who are ministering to them.
